Reclaim and Rise- Foundations to freedom – package is a specifically designed meaningful and valuable psychological counselling package for survivors of domestic violence. It is a starter pack eight-module package for every survivor who is intentional in reclaiming their life back and rising up again to thrive.
The modules include:
- Understanding domestic violence.
- Overcoming shame and guilt.
- Navigating grief and loss.
- Healing from trauma and coping with anxiety and depression.
- Establishing safety.
- Building self worth and self compassion.
- Identifying and setting boundaries.
- Preparing for relapse after healing.
