Reclaim and Rise- The Next Chapter is a thoughtfully crafted psychological counselling program specifically designed for survivors of domestic violence who have completed the starter pack sessions. The focus of this ten-module package is healing, empowerment and personal growth while simultaneously addressing the unique challenges survivors face in their healing journey.

- Preparing for a relapse in healing.
